Managing Broker
Keith is a graduate of Indiana University and began his career as a Financial Advisor. He transitioned from managing investment portfolios and entered the Real Estate field in 2009 to start working with real estate investors. He has helped his clients acquire rental properties as well as manage their homes. Keith is also an investor in Real Estate himself so he understands the issues that come along with Real Estate Investing.

Cory Robinson
Broker - Residential/Investor Focused
Cory and his family are local to Garfield Park in growing Indianapolis and has been a licensed Realtor since 2018, involved in hundreds of transactions. Formerly an engineer and project manager, Cory uses those same skills to help his clients maximize value, work through design, construction and building science issues. With in-depth neighborhood knowledge, this allows him to specialize in older homes, investment and multifamily properties. When not working, he enjoys traveling, soccer and anything with two wheels.
Tony Povinelli

Tony Povinelli has been a licensed real estate broker since 2020. Tony’s full-time job is in the criminal justice field and enjoys family activities with his wife and 2 kids, camping, and staying active. Being an investment property owner himself, Tony decided to fold his hobby and experiences into a part-time service to assist friends, family, and others with their real estate needs. His goal is not to buy and sell more houses but to build a client base that trusts him to give honest answers and opinions to help reach their real estate goals.
Paul Warner

Paul Warner has spent the last 14 years in the real estate industry helping clients purchase a home, sell a home, or build an investment portfolio all over the Indianapolis metro area. With over 700 sales under his belt Paul has a vast knowledge of the residential real estate industry including all property types and uses. Paul has worked with clients from homeowners, hedge funds purchasing large volumes of property at one time, to smaller scale investors. Paul was born and raised in Indianapolis and attended Ball State University where he completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He has grown up in and around the home building and remodeling fields which helped develop a passion for homes and inspired a career in the real estate industry.

Jessica is a new Real Estate Broker at CityPlace Realty & Property Management. She has 8 years of Commercial and Residential Development experience and 4 years experience of grant writing. Jessica is setting new standards for how to buy, sell, and use grants to purchase residential occupied homes.
